Session dates:

  • Tuesday 22 September

  • Tuesday 6 October

Minimum 3 participants required. If numbers are too low, you'll be offered a full refund, a transfer to another course, or a place in the next Workflow Warrior intake.

One thing to note – this course is only worth your money if you're ready to show up, do the work, and implement what you learn. Here's what I'd like you to commit to:

  1. Do the homework. I know you're a busy broker, so I'm not going to ask for much – but if you don't practise this stuff, you won't retain it, and you're throwing your money away.

  2. Participate and share with the group. The more interactive the sessions are, the more fun we'll all have – and your brain will retain a lot more.

  3. Be willing to step outside your comfort zone. Don't worry – we won't be doing any dancing or eye-gazing exercises. What I mean is, speak up and ask questions even if you think they might be dumb ones. There are no stupid questions. And when you do, you give everyone else in the group permission to do the same.

  • This session is all about turning your process into clear, repeatable workflows. We’ll look at how to structure tasks, handovers, and responsibilities so that every file follows the same path and your team always knows what happens next.

  • Once the workflow exists, the next step is making it efficient. We’ll explore where technology can support your process - CRM tasks, automations, reminders, and templates - while still keeping the client experience personal.

    By the end of the course, you’ll have a clear framework for how your files should move through your business, along with practical ways to tighten your workflows so your brokerage runs smoother and more professionally.
